My path to becoming a therapist was not a straight line. From Minnesota to North Carolina and New York City to Bangkok, I've called numerous places home and worked in a variety of fields. It was only through encountering my own struggles that I discovered the power of therapy. Now there's no other work I'd rather be doing.

For over a decade, I've worked with individuals, couples/partners, and groups as a somatically focused gestalt therapist. I enjoy working with all different kinds of people struggling with a variety of issues. I have a particular interest in supporting clients who struggle with shame, as well as helping those who identify as men to inhabit a fuller range of their masculinity and have more satisfying and meaningful relationships.

I'm passionate about teaching, training, and facilitating workshops on various topics, including personal growth, embodied masculinity, psychotherapy practice issues, and storytelling and culture change. I also serve as Associate Faculty at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
